Facility project

For this project, you are to design a fitness, recreation, or sport facility from research gathered during this course. The project should be built into a PowerPoint Presentation and should include the following items: a one year operational budget, the target market of users/consumers, risk management plan, organizational chart, programming, creation of a floor plan, ADA compliance policies, Mission & Vision statements, and sustainability policies. 

The presentation should include at least 15 slides covering the above mentioned items for your facility. This project is due by 11:59 PM EST on Thursday, August 19th. No late projects will be accepted since the course ends on August 19th.
