1. Compare and contrast the task environment vs. the general environment and describe how each both impact a business entity. 

2. Explain the various decision methods that Managers use when having to make a decision.  Analyze the pros and cons of each and ultimately, how they impact the overall types of decisions (programmed/non-programmed, optimum, satisficing, etc.). 

3. Discuss the importance of planning, setting goals and developing a strategy and how the process can impact the organization.

4. Analyze the various methods of departmentalization and discuss the benefits that each one offers.
