• Describe your target audience for your project and identify whether they are beginners or experts.

Target audience should be educators (beginners and experts) on receiving trainings and resources to ensure the success of each individual student in an underserved school. The goal is to ensure schools and teachers have what they need so that all scholars are successful. This could look like funding for computers or tablets, experienced teachers, providing the schools and teachers with learning resources, etc)

• Determine a sequencing strategy for your project and provide a rationale for your selection. Include at least one example of how you will implement your strategy
