 After reading Stevenson & Correa (2019), describe how a failure to implement a student’s IEP may be a denial of Free and Appropriate Public Education (FAPE) mandate of the Individuals with Disabilities Act (IDEA) particularly in regard to the provision of ABA services? What are the practice implications? List all applicable ethics codes. Provide the rationale for the chosen code(s).
