Discussion 2 – Sheryl Sandberg and Differences and Diversity

Consider the “glass ceiling” effect and provide an example for each of the three messages from Sheryl Sandberg:  (1) sit at the table; (2) make your partner a real partners; and (3) don’t leave before you leave that you have experienced (or seen others experience) that may impact the glass ceiling effect.  What are the potential ethical dilemmas from each example?  Please be specific in your post.
