For this forum, you need to put yourself in a congressional member (senator or Representative) position. Immigration is once again in the national limelight. There appears to be a renewed crisis at the southern border of the US. Here, your job is to explain the “crisis,” define the issue in clear and concise terms, and provide a detailed plan for dealing with the situation. What strategy do you have for solving Immigration to the United States considering all the different points of view, such as security, humanitarian, and economic reason? This will not be an easy assignment, but neither is the Immigration Issue.

In your response, you will need to carefully consider the others person’s proposal and respond with counterpoints that are not a rehash of your proposal but applies explicitly to their various points.
