According to the DSM-5 TR, a diagnosis requires the presence of at least 5 out of 9 specific symptoms. Identify these 9 symptoms and develop at least 5 questions you would ask a patient to assess whether they are experiencing these symptoms.

And assuming this patient has never been on any medications; please pick one medication you would start for this patient? Include dose and why you picked it.
