Discussion 2- Chapter 3

How It's Made is a documentary television program that is aired on the Discover/Science Channel weekly.  This is a fascinating program explores the manufacturing process.  

Using the Internet, search to the television show How It's Made, select an episode that pertains to a business within your pathway.  Review the video.

• Why did you select this product?
• Describe the process by which the product is made.  No detail is too small.  Describe the entire process from beginning to end.
• Identify direct materials, direct labor, and manufacturing overhead are used.  You may have to assume what the manufacturing overhead would be.
