 For your main response, re-read “Shitty First Drafts” by Ann Lamott (https://wrd.as.uky.edu/sites/default/files/1-Shitty%20First%20Drafts.pdf). In a well-constructed narrative response of 150-200 words (required), respond to the following questions:

• Why do you think Lamott chose the title for this chapter of her book? Do you find her draft effective? Why or why not?
• Do you experience the “voices in your head” in the way Lamott describes? If so, explain their effect on your writing.
