For this week’s discussion forum, you will share your experience in either your role as a supervisee or supervisor. 

Share an uncertain time that you have had in a past job. How did your supervisor respond? Based on Chapter 1 of the Leonard and Trusty text how should or could your Supervisor have responded? Did your Supervisor respond similar to how Leonard and Trusty have suggested. Based on the readings what would you do to motivate your employees? Be sure to quote the textbook in your discussion post, using APA style and format: in-text citations and references.
