Discussion 2

Current political, economic, social, and cultural landscapes affect both the revenues and expenditures of an institution’s budget environment. This discussion has two distinct parts.

Part One: Choose a single HE revenue source and explain what primary external factor seen today has the most negative impact on that revenue. Perform the same analysis of an HE expenditure of your choosing. Elaborate and fully support your analysis.
