Discussion 1A: Incident Response Policy

Read Module 1 & the Policy documents to include HSPD-5, NIMS, the NRF, Chapter 9 of the 9/11 Commission Report then address the following question.

Do the policies put in place address the recommendations of the 9/11 Commission report?  Although we will look at in specifics next week, what do think of this in light of what you know about its performance in Hurricane Katrina
