2. Reflective: What is your experience with power and conflict? Reference parts from our lecture. You do not need to disclose any information you do not want to or feel uncomfortable disclosing. 

3. Think Critically: Explain a situation of conflict that you have experienced, or have seen in media/television/news/movie. Referencing 2-3 parts of the lecture (any parts), how could the situation been handled better/healthier?
