Provide your definition of a quality management system (QMS) and an abstract on your quality management system (QMS).

 Details to include:

• 1. From web research, define what a quality management system (QMS) for healthcare is.
• 2. Give examples of internal, external, and interface quality issues. (Examples of an interface are EMRs, information security, and use of new technologies)
• 3. Develop an abstract on the QMS objectives for quality improvement and the scope of the project. Two pages are sufficient.
