Regardless of the context in which this helping occurs, you and the person you help will have differing worldviews and will perceive things differently. One possible result of differing worldviews can be a conflict in values; however, it is important to be able to work with others despite the value differences. However, values can also give a positive direction to the helping relationship. What stands out for you regarding the influence of values in the interactions with others?
