Think about a healthcare organization you know (or have  researched) and describe one advantage that this organization can gain by  planning?

2.Financial considerations are critical to any successful  strategic plan, and healthcare plans are no different. It is recommended that  all organizations include a financial analysis in their strategic plan. A number  of financial tools are available to assist in this analysis. 

Select one that you learned about and post a brief  description of it. Include your analysis of why it would be helpful in  conducting a financial analysis for a strategic plan. 

3.There are certainly a number of compliance issues to  consider when planning for population health. Post a brief description of your  population and the plan idea you have for addressing their health needs. Also,  describe the compliance issues you see that may affect your proposed plan.
