The Case of the Crummy Contract.docx

We continue this week with the subject of outsourcing through a case provided by the textbook author.  Most of the case involves the problems caused by a poorly written contract and a young manager who isn't given much support by the city attorney.  Remember that most city attorneys are private lawyers hired on retainer and are often not city employees or part of the top management team responsible to the city manager or elected officials.  Open the discussion thread and take a look at the case of the Crummy Contract.
