  1. What are the requirements of the employer under the Americans with  Disabilities Act of 1990 when making selection decisions? Do they differ  any if the employee declares he/she has a disability?
  2. The Uniform Guidelines on Employee Selection Procedures covers many  requirements to be met by employers' selection programs. Discuss one of  the issues UGESP covers and how it affects the selection program?
