Discussion

Students are to select a topic from your readings addressing a specific disease (see list below) and pharmacological treatment used to manage the disease process. Write a 300- 500 words discussion that describes the pathophysiology of the disease in detail, listing at least two (2) nursing diagnoses and current treatment for the disease for your initial posting.

A minimum of two references are required and one reference must be an original research article.  The two current textbooks can be used as one of your references but must use a Scholarly Journal Article or online peer-reviewed journal. 

Online sources like Wikipedia cannot be used as a reference.  

Reference is to be cited in APA style.
