Find a case that involves a sport related issue, e.g., an injury, a breach of contract, etc.  

a) Briefly (3-4 sentences) summarize the facts. 

b) Tell us what the legal issue(s) in the case are.  

c) Tell us what court system (state or federal) and in what court the case is in.  

d) What was the decision?
