The meta analysis carried out by Dishman and Buckworth (1996) showed  that the most effective interventions are based on behavior modification  principles.

In your opinion, please describe why behavior modification principles  are the most effective methods to apply toward individual intervention  strategies. Be sure to expound upon at least five (5) reasons that  support this premise.
