After reading the required chapter for this week and checking the Course Content section, please answer the following questions, and then discuss with your classmates:

1. A number of federal and state laws have been enacted to protect the privacy of electronic data, including HIPAA, Sarbox, GLBA and the PCI DSS.  Do you think these laws are effective in preventing security breaches?  Why or why not?  
   
   
2. Explain in your own words the differences between cyberterrorists, hacktivists and state-sponsored attackers.  Which would you consider to be more dangerous to a corporate network, and why?  Which would be more dangerous to a government network, and why?
