Enhancing Development Productivity & Information Delivery: IT’s Evolving Role

1) Read Chapter 20, specifically pages 304 and on, and tell me what you think about Improving System Development Productivity.  What do you think of the five sets of practices that the book says "clearly made a siginificant difference"?

2) Beginning on page 310, Chapter 21 discusses IT's Evolving Role.  What do you see as important future directions for information delivery?  Is it the Internet of Things (IOT)?  Networkcentric Operations?  Something else?
