 The city of Anderson passed an ordinance making it a crime for a person to refuse to leave after a police officer ordered them to do so, whenever s nearby group was serious inconvenience, annoyance, or alarm. "Three men observing a group protesting Wall Street were arrested and charged under this ordinance when they refused to leave after order to by police. Discuss whether or not you believe that  this ordinance is constitutional or not.
