Contemporary Issues: HR Periodicals

Check current periodicals to find an interesting current event article related to developing and/or rewarding employees for higher productivity.  (1) read the article, (2) provide a summary of the article, (3) provide additional recommendations, arguments and ideas, and (4) include the citation.
