Class,

As an HR representative, I would look for expression. It is important to me because sometimes the person you are interviewing with could be the person you passed by in the hallway. I would look at your expression, personality traits, and your demeanor. I like to watch people. A person could always be upbeat and smile but what I want to see your expression when I give you an order/task. How are you going to respond as an employee? Also, does the applicant know the history of the company? What are their goals? Family relationships? How does the applicant respond to coworkers?  As an HR rep I want to see enthusiasm, motivation and visions outside the box.
