In Chapter Six of your book, there is an example of designing an assessment tool for Tamil refugees.  The refugees fleeing a civil war were relocated in North America.   Discuss the steps the project team used to help the Tamil refugees.  Discuss the importance of knowing the culture of the Tamil’s and how that influenced the assessment tool.  Discuss any ideas that you might have added if you were on the project team.
