You have now delivered the project to your customer. The project was delivered ahead of schedule, as requested by your project sponsor, but over budget by 20%. Now, it is time to reflect on what went well and what didn’t go so well. Based on feedback throughout the course, what would you have done differently in terms of scope, resources, and / or schedule, and why?

 Hello Class,  There are a few things that could have been done differently in a few areas on this project.  On the Scope: it was important to outline the objectives that were needed to be attained in order for positive results. I could have followed a more predetermined step which is essential to finishing.  On the resource: I wanted to use all the project resources, however, I could have allocated the resources and task in a more efficient manner. That way we stay within the time and stipulated budget which is so important so that next time we don't go over by 20%.  Scheduling: Vital to any project and reflects every work needed in order to attain the goals of the project. I could have stayed on top of this more but I believe we did a great job in the end.
