Discussion 10 -elevator pitch

An elevator speech is one in which you have only a few minutes to deliver your case to a stakeholder. If you were in an elevator with one of your key stakeholders and had only a few floors to make a case for your program, what would you say?

For your initial post, identify your key stakeholder and write up a brief paragraph that you could deliver to your stakeholders to succinctly capture your plans for the program and get them on board to support your program.
