 What do YOU see as the key difference between a manager and a leader?

• Think about the Christian leader who you respect the most (supervisor, pastor, parent, peer, etc.). What traits or characteristics does the individual possess that make him/her an effective leader? Why do you respect them more than other leaders? How is the way that they lead affected by their faith?
