Discuss what distributive bargaining is.  Discuss the pros and cons which might arise toward the passing or defeating of this bill. How can distributive bargaining be used in this instance?  

2)    What are four important tactical tasks for a negotiator in a distributive situation to consider? Discuss one instance where you have been involved in distributed bargaining.  What was the outcome?
