Congratulations! You are going into practice as a behavior analyst or were hired as a behavioral consultant to a district. The first thing you need to do is develop a mission statement to guide your organization. Based on all of your readings this week: (Paper attached)

1. Write that mission statement from a behavior analytic perspective.
2. Then operationally define at least 1 action in each of the following areas that is consistent with your mission statement:
   • client program development
   • staff development
   • supervision
   • evaluation
   • feedback
