• Which of the seven Baldrige Award criteria is the most important?  Why?
• Study the questions asked in the Baldrige Criteria.  Select what you believe are the 'top 5' most difficult questions for an organization to answer and justify your reasoning.
• What might be some 'warning signs' of a weak quality culture?  For example, one might be that senior executives rarely discuss quality.  Do not repeat your classmates' 'warning signs'.
