Today, people are living longer that ever before, and as baby boomers age , the number of older adults is expected to increase

exponentially over the coming decades. Combined , these two demographic shifts will lead to enormous challenges for society. 

1. Please explain/discuss of of the challenges which will likely affect this group. 

2. What are  some strategies which will be most helpful  to cope with these challenges.
