If you are a fan of football, you have probably heard the name Vince Lombardi. The legendary coach of the Green Bay Packers led his team to five championships in nine seasons. His leadership techniques are studied not only on the football field, but in the corporate world.

One of his more famous quotes was, "Leadership is based on a spiritual quality—the power to inspire, the power to inspire others to follow."
