For this weeks discussion, find and discuss a decided case in the area of negligence. Provide a brief overview of the facts and an short analysis of the court decision. Then discuss whether you agree with the courts decision. Use your readings to support your argument. When responding to each other look to see if there are similar cases that have been decided differently in different jurisdictions or look for connections and similarities among cases. The purpose of this exercise is to help you build familiarity with reading sport law cases and analyzing and dissecting their ruling to be applied to future cases.
