It should be 12 font, double spaced, and you are aiming for 3 pages.  It should be well-organized, clear, and free of grammatical errors.  Avoid writing in first person.  If you reference material from the text or an outside source, be sure to cite using the citation method you are most comfortable with, but it should include the author and date in text (example: (Smith 1988)), and a complete reference at the end (MLA Format).
