Watch the assigned video.  After watching, discuss the pros and cons of taxing capital gains at a lower rate than income.  Consider (1) should the corporate tax rate be lowered or raised?; (2) should capital gains tax be increased?; (3) would raising the capital gains tax have any effect on investment?; (4) how would an increase or decrease in investment affect the economy?; and (5) does any of this have any effect on the equitable distribution of wealth and should we care whether there is an equitable distribution of wealth?
