Read the article here (read the entire paper) and give a synopsis, including your opinion about possible future regulations for social media platforms and the users of social media.  Take into account the cyberbullying, hate talk, etc that takes place and in some cases promotes suicide.  Even though free speech is a constitutional right, at what cost?  There are other ethical concerns for social media and its use as well -- give your opinion based on all these scenarios.
