Choose a publicly-traded company and visit the company's website. Identify three organizational problems within the company, and include the evidence that leads you to identify these problems. Formulate, or construct, three research questions that relate to these problems. Include any ethical issues that might result from these three research questions. Do not duplicate companies; for example, if your classmate chooses Black & Decker Corporation, no other student should choose Black & Decker.

Be sure to support your statements with logic and argument, and a minimum of four peer-reviewed journal articles, citing any sources referenced.
