DIS BOARD
I have heard make no decision higher than it should be made. This seems to mean that we should properly train our subordinates to make critical decisions and we must enable them to make these decisions. If every decision point rises to the highest point in the organization – organizational paralysis will occur. It seems like Chapter 6, 7, and 8 of the Leadership Challenge support this notion. Describe how enabling others to act, fostering collaboration, and/or strengthening others would look in a law enforcement organization. Are there specific places where enabling others to act, fostering collaboration, and/or strengthening others would naturally fit – where and why?
For this post you may use one or more of the major points: enabling others to act, fostering collaboration, and/or strengthening others.
Remember you must still use scholarly references and a biblical worldview for this post. Because of the 500-word original post requirement, you may wish to consider how/if you will cover all the main points (enabling others to act, fostering collaboration, and/or strengthening others).
