Refer to this week's mini-lectures, Units 7 from the OER textbook, and watch the video below for information regarding the driving forces of weather and climate on earth. 

1. First, discuss what is the primary driving force for driving weather & climate on earth? 
2. Then explain how this driving force, along with variations in heat energy distributed upon earth, influences climate in the equatorial, mid-latitudinal & polar regions of the earth.  Be specific, use any number of regions or places on earth as example.  (Hint: think of storm systems, precipitation variation, biodiversity or lack thereof, landscapes, etc.)
