    THE ASSIGNMENT

    Research the internet and locate an article on one of the following topics:
    • service breakdowns
    • conflict resolution
    • service recovery.
    • Summarize the article and discuss why the article is important to the customer service provider.  Remember to properly cite your article.
      ACCEPTABLE LENGTH: minimum of 1 page
      FORMATTING REQUIREMENTS:

      Use at least one-inch margins and an eleven point font.
      Use double line spacing in the document.
