Cancer is preventable. Research suggests that only 5 percent of cancers are hereditary. That means that 95% of cancer diagnosis are caused by our lifestyle choices such as diet, lack of exercise, tobacco use, unprotected sun exposure, etc. In this discussion board, we will focus on diet.
Do your research and provide 3 ways we can alter our diet in order to reduce our cancer risk. You must provide at least a paragraph rationale for each reasoning. You must also provide your sources at the end of the discussion. These must be credible sources and if you are using a website or direct link please make sure to hyper-link so I can click and go straight to the website.
