You need to prepare an education plan for the patient with newly diagnosed rheumatic disease (rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis or gout). Using the internet, research and summarize what you would need to educate these patients and modifications they would need to make to their daily living. 

The education plan needs to be one page in length, Times New Roman 12 pt font, double spaced.

You need at least 2 references that are no more than 5 years old from reputable sites 

(no Wikipedia).
