 Please read Chapters 19 & 20 – Professional Management & the Small Business and Managing Human Resources and complete the following discussion assignment.  Both of the chapters assigned for this week contain content essential for the success of a small business. Using terms and concepts from the assigned reading, please review the concepts of good leadership from Chapter 19 as they relate to the selection, development, and retention of good employees discussed in Chapter 20.  Please also discuss the traits of a good leader, and provide examples from your own experience or examples you find through research of good leadership.
