Developing Your Personal Leadership Mission Statement
In this Team Assignment (which you submit as an individual) you will create a personal mission statement after having practiced and read about corporate mission statements (or purpose statements). Once you have created your individual mission statement you will be sharing it with your Learning Partner to obtain feedback to improve it before individual submission.

- Explain how you will put these values into action through transformational leadership behaviors.
- Share a draft of your PLMS with your learning partner and provide time for them to reflect on what you have written (and vice versa).
