Developing and Maintaining strong organization Leadership.

 There are lots of important roles performed by a leader that go into developing and maintaining a well-run effective organization. This is especially important in a public safety organization or agency.  Describe some of the ways that public safety leadership skills can be enhanced in an organization to develop future organizational leaders. Additionally offer your perspective on some things current leaders can and should do to facilitate strong leadership skills in future leaders.
