Develop a Leadership and Community Engagement Project

• Describe the social transformation you will create
• Create a timeline for the project and benchmarks you can articulate
• Develop specific outcomes that the project will accomplish
• Discuss other people who will be involved (others in the nonprofit and volunteers)
• Create a budget and your financial strategy for raising the money

This project must use the techniques, theories, and strategies that have been discussed in this course. Finally, describe the project's design and how it would be implemented. The project must integrate at least five of the topics we have covered in this course.

Support your paper with a minimum of ten (10) scholarly resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included.
