Research the Company Google and include the following:

Review the peer-reviewed and professional literature to seek an organization that has recently accomplished a significant planned change(Google). Reviewing the concepts and details discussed during the course, prepare a comprehensive crisis management plan that includes the following:

• Provide a clear and detailed chronology of the experiences of the organization and the leader during the planned change. Model the communication channels that were used.
• Explain any difficulties that could have developed into a crisis.
• Analyze how the leader responded to these developments during the planned change cycle.
• Specify the role of leader communication during the entire sequence of the planned change.
• To avoid a potential crisis or address one if a crisis occurs, recommend strategies to proactively address these issues.
